I apologize for the recent missed weeks...our move sure threw me a curve.  Here's a post that I wrote last year that I wanted to share at the beginning of this beautiful season.

   ~* Remembering the Reason *~

           Christmas lights that twinkle and glow

           Reflections of the Light of the world

           Evergreen trees and wreaths and swags

           Whispers of eternal life

           Scents of the season are reminders

            to be savors of the Bread of Life

           Carols of joy repeat the Words of old,

           Proclaiming the wonder of Who the Savior is

           Gifts wrapped to disguise what's inside

           Look back to a swaddled Child

           Family and friends

           Glimpses of our true Friend and our eternal family

           Feasts of bounty

           Tell of the abundance and goodness of our Heavenly Father

           Christmas is such a beautiful time of the year...to remember!
